The wind starts whistling in my ears and I feel Garfield getting pushed in the sails from starboard. A squall is coming over. Everything is dark around us but Hanna and I manage to reef quickly. Nice going. We are getting a good team during the night watches. We used to be classmates and now we are enjoying each others company at the bay of biscay. How times change. Good thing.
After sunset we realize how overdramatic we were at night. The same wind and waves were relaxing with some daylight.
After 312nm, only half of them sailing, we arrived in Galicia, Spain. The coast consist of huge cliffs covered in green. In France there were cliffs too but they were way smaller without one single tree. Here are huge forests everywhere.
On our way to the anchorage we spot dozens of dolphins hunting near the coast. They are found very easily because of the birds flying above the fish.
We dropped the anchor at sunset and jumped into the clear and warm water. Amazing!
The next morning we made our way to A Coruna where we are spending a few days and exchanging our crew. Its family time!
