After our summerholidays we went back home to take over the boat in Enkhuizen where the previous owner showed and explained us everything we needed to know.
After cleaning and learning all the details of the boat, Herman went several weekends to the boat to make some repairs, exchange old ropes and many more small things.
During the time in Enkhuizen, all the neccesary repairs were made by the mechanics of the boatyard. Among other things, the fuelpump and fuelinjectors have been overhauled and the fuel tank has been cleaned thoroughly.
After finishing these works, we sailed the boat from Enkhuizen to it’s final destination Woudsend.
In Woudsend we sanded and varnished the teak and holy floor, which is looking like new again.
